The purpose of this information text is to determine the terms and conditions within the framework of the law regarding the processing and transfer of personal data shared with DEMÄ°R AT SOFTWARE AND MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY LTD. CO., a website owned by DEMÄ°RAT, based on the Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 published in the Official Gazette on 07.04.2016, during various applications such as using the contents of the website, applying for employment, or internship at DEMÄ°RAT.

Personal data is processed by DEMÄ°RAT as the data controller in accordance with the explanations below under the Personal Data Protection Law:

1) DATA THAT CAN BE PROCESSED The personal data processed based on the user's access to the website and transactions made on the website are as follows:

4) TRANSFER OF DATA DEMÄ°RAT will only transfer your personal data to persons or entities directly/indirectly/domestically/abroad, as specified in Article 8 and 9 of the Law, within the scope of the security and confidentiality principles explicitly stated in the legislation we are subject to, with your explicit consent or when it is clearly prescribed by laws, for the establishment or execution of the contract, for compliance with the legal obligation, or for the legitimate interests of DEMÄ°RAT.
5) SECURITY OF DATA DEMÄ°RAT is obliged to prevent the processing of personal data unlawfully, prevent unauthorized access to personal data, ensure the protection of personal data, and take all necessary technical and administrative measures to ensure an appropriate security level. If redirection is made to other websites or applications through the website, DEMÄ°RAT is not aware of the compliance of the redirected sites and applications with the legislation on the protection of personal data and does not assume any responsibility for their privacy policies and contents.
6) RIGHTS OF THE DATA SUBJECTS DEMÄ°RAT informs the Data Subject of their rights in accordance with Article 10 of the Law, guides on how to exercise these rights, and carries out all necessary internal processes, administrative, and technical regulations for this purpose. According to Article 11 of the Law, data subjects whose personal data is processed have the right to:

DEMÄ°RAT concludes the requests included in the application free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest according to the nature of the request. However, if the process requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Board.
DEMÄ°RAT may accept or reject the request with an explanation of the reason, and notify the data subject in writing or electronically. In case the request is accepted, DEMÄ°RAT fulfills the necessary process as soon as possible and informs the relevant person. If the application is due to the fault of DEMÄ°RAT, the fee paid will be refunded to the data subject.
In case of rejection of the application, finding the response insufficient, or not responding to the application within the specified period; the data subject has the right to lodge a complaint with the Authority within thirty days from the date of learning the response and in any case within sixty days from the date of the application.
